Method for making soda water
Homemade soda water is a mixture of baking soda and cold boiled water or pure water.
Put a spoonful of baking soda into an empty mineral water bottle, then add cold boiled water or purified water (about 500 ml), dissolve and shake well before drinking.
The soda water made in this way has bitter taste and bad taste. You can add some sugar to dilute the bitter taste of baking soda.
Soda can improve the taste. A small amount of edible citric acid (or white vinegar instead) can be added to soda water, sealed and shaken evenly to dissolve carbon dioxide in the water. After cold storage, the taste is also greatly improved.
