Efficiency of furnace
The thermal efficiency of induction cooker can reach more than 80%~92%, the first-class thermal efficiency is 90%, the second-class thermal efficiency is 88%, and the third-class thermal efficiency is 86%. Thermal efficiency refers to the ratio of effective output energy to input energy of a specific thermal energy conversion device, which is generally expressed as a percentage.
It is conducive to improving people's living standards and promoting industrial production. Residents use gas fuel, which is clean and convenient, greatly reducing housework fatigue and saving time. In industrial application, the gas is easy to adjust, the combustion is stable, it can meet various technological requirements, ensure product quality, and the production line is easy to realize automation, thus improving working conditions and improving labor productivity.
As follows:
Boiler efficiency refers to the ratio of the heat generated when the boiler burns fuel to the heat contained in the fuel, that is, the ability of the boiler to convert the energy in the fuel into heat energy. The higher the boiler efficiency, the higher the fuel utilization rate, which can save energy and reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution.
The calculation formula of boiler efficiency is: boiler efficiency = boiler output heat ÷ fuel calorific value × 100%. Among them, the boiler output heat refers to the heat generated by the boiler, including steam, hot water, etc. The calorific value of fuel refers to the heat contained in the fuel, which is usually calculated by the heat contained in the fuel per unit mass.
When the fuel burns, the furnace releases heat to heat water, etc. However, due to the inevitable heat loss in the heating process, not all the heat can be used, which involves an efficiency problem: the heat absorbed by water (useful heat) divided by all the heat released by fuel combustion is the efficiency of the furnace.
Use high-efficiency stove: Using high-efficiency stove can transfer heat energy to water more effectively, thus improving the efficiency of water heating. For example, using modern stoves such as induction cookers or gas stoves can heat water faster, thus saving time and energy.
