Introduce a food in English!
Composition: 1. Two eggs
1/4 tons of salt
A pinch of pepper
2.3 tomatoes, cut into large pieces.
1/8 tons of salt

Method:
1. Beat the eggs gently. Add ingredient number one.
2. Heat wok 1 tbsp oil. Stir-fry the eggs in oil until they are solidified, and then take them out of the wok.

2. Sweet and sour pork
Composition:
1 kg pork belly (1 inch cube)
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons brandy (optional)
1 eggs (scattered)
1 tbsp cornflour
600 ml vegetable oil
1 onion (cut into 1 inch)
100g canned bamboo shoots
1 green pepper (diced)
Sauce:
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons ketchup or sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornflour
Direction:
1. Mix diced pork with salt. Brandy & pickling 15 minutes.
2. Mix the beaten eggs, corn flour and. Add the pork pieces and turn them over until each piece is covered with a layer.
3. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
4. Heat the oil in the wok to 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or heat it until a piece of bread turns brown within 30 seconds. Add diced pork, fry for 3 minutes, then take it out and dry it with a paper towel. Heat the oil again until it smokes, and put the pork and bamboo shoots back into the pot together. Fry for 2 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Take it out and dry it with a paper towel.
5. Now heat the pan, add the sauce and heat it until it is slightly thick.
6. Mix the sauce with the meat. Vegetables before serving.
