The traditional festivals in the north and south are the same, but why do the same festivals in the north and south eat different things?

The traditional festivals in the south and the north are the same, just because they belong to the same country. This is a China custom that many people respect the traditional culture of China. Although the south and the north share the same festival, they do have great differences in food and taste. This is because people's living habits will be different because of different specialties in different regions. This is why traditional festivals are the same, but the taste and ingredients are different. This is also a normal phenomenon, after all, even people in the same area will have different tastes.

Our traditional festivals include many of the most important Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival in China! Southerners like to eat jiaozi in the Spring Festival, and they also like to eat jiaozi in the Lantern Festival. But for northerners, in these two festivals, people usually eat glutinous rice balls wrapped in jiaozi, which may be a cultural custom in the south or a taste of the south. However, people in the north eat more pasta, and jiaozi is also a traditional food for entertainment, so people in the north will eat jiaozi on any traditional festivals or when they have guests at home.

The biggest difference between the south and the north lies in their specialties and tastes, because I find it strange that southerners eat tofu brain with sugar, while northerners eat tofu brain with brine, that is, one is sweet and the other is salty. In addition, we eat zongzi. In the north, we usually eat sweet zongzi with some candied dates in it. In the south, we like salted egg yolk and sliced pork with sauce. It can be said that the tastes are different, and many things really dare not try easily. After all, if we don't want to eat, we will waste food more or less.

Think about it carefully, the cultural differences in different regions are actually similar, and there is not much difference in essence, but we can find the uniqueness of each region from a small place.
