Wagan Noodles (a bowl of traditional Chinese noodles)

Introduction

Wakan Noodles is a traditional Chinese noodle dish, usually noodles cooked in a wakan with a variety of meats, vegetables and seasonings. Steps

1. Prepare the ingredients

First. Prepare the required ingredients. Depending on your personal taste, you can choose pork, beef or chicken as the main meat ingredient, plus some vegetables and tofu and other ingredients. Also, prepare seasonings such as onion, ginger and garlic.

2. Cooking Meat

Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate it for a while with the right amount of salt, pepper, cooking wine and other seasonings. Then, mince the onion, ginger and garlic and sauté them in a pan. When the aroma comes out, add the marinated meat into the pan and sauté it until it turns brown.

3. Add vegetables
