Method of homemade tofu
The preparation method and formula of tofu are as follows:
Materials: soybean 150g, clear water 1300g, internal fat 3g.
1, I chose organic soybeans.

4. Pour into the kitchen, add1300g of water, and break the soybeans at high speed.
5. Filter the broken bean dregs with a strainer.

8. Turn off the fire after boiling, skim off the foam on it with a spoon, then add the melted internal fat liquid, stir it evenly, and then pour it into a bowl and let it stand for ten minutes.
