What are the rules of sparring and how to keep score

I. Nature of the competition.

Team competition, individual competition.

Two, the competition method.

1, round robin, single elimination, double elimination.

3. Weight Classification.

IV. Clothing and protective gear.

(i) Athletes must wear gloves, head guards, teeth guards, crotch guards, leg guards, and instep guards for bare feet as prescribed by the Congress.

Wearing an undershirt and shorts of the same color as the competition gauntlets, the crotch guard must be worn inside the shorts.

(b) The race jerseys are divided into two types: red and black.

(c) The weight of the gloves: 230 grams for the 65kg and below category; 280 grams for the 70kg and above

category.

Offense Methods and Scoring Criteria

I. Prohibited Striking Areas:

Back of the head, neck, crotch.

II. Scoring parts:

Head, torso, thighs, calves.

III. Disabling Methods:

1. Attacking the opponent with head, elbow, knee, and counter-joint movements.

2. Attacking the opponent's head with a turning back swinging leg.

3. Use wrestling techniques that force the opponent to land head first or intentionally smash and crush the opponent.

4. When one party falls to the ground, the other party attacks the opponent's head with his feet.

4. Available methods:

Movements of various martial arts schools other than the prohibited methods.

V. Scoring Criteria:

(I) Advantageous Victory

1. The one who completes three three-point moves first in a game.

2. In a match where there is a difference in strength between the two sides, the referee on the stage, with the consent of the head referee, awards the one who is technically stronger as the

winner of the game.

3. If a player is struck by a blow (other than a foul) and falls to the ground for 10 seconds, or is able to stand but is unconscious, the winner of the match shall be the player who is

that has been struck by a blow (other than a foul).

4. If a player is struck three times in a game (other than by an invasive foul) to force a second reading, the other team is awarded the winner of that game.

5. If a player suffers an injury or illness during a game and is determined by a physician to be incapable of continuing, the opposing team shall be awarded the

winning team for that game.

(ii) Scoring 3 points

1. 3 points are awarded to the player who causes the opponent to fall to the ground with an active falling action and who stands up quickly.

2. 3 points for hitting the opponent's torso with a turning backward swinging leg while standing.

(3) Score 2 points

1. The one who falls to the ground (any part of the opponent's body other than the feet touching the table) and stands scores 2 points.

2. Hitting the opponent in the torso area with the leg.

3. 2 points for the opponent for being forced to read the seconds once.

4. Being warned once, the opponent scores 2 points.

(d) Score 1 point

1. Hit the opponent's scoring area with a maneuver.

2. Hitting the opponent's head, thigh and calf with a leg technique.

3. If an athlete is passive for 8 seconds and after being assigned to attack, he/she still does not attack within 8 seconds, the opponent scores 1 point.

4. 1 point is scored by the opponent for actively falling to the ground for more than 3 seconds without getting up.

5. 1 point to the opponent for being counseled once.

(5) No points

1. The method is unclear and ineffective.

2. Both sides are down or off the stage.

3. Both sides hit and kick each other.

4. The method is used to actively fall to the ground and the opponent does not score.

5. Hitting the opponent while holding and wrapping.
