I. Existing problems

4. Serve the people. It is not enough to go deep into the grassroots, meet with the masses less, understand the difficulties and problems of the masses less, pay enough attention to the problems that the masses want to know, fail to grasp some new situations, new problems and new changes at the grassroots level in time, and have insufficient understanding of the problems.

5. As far as honesty is concerned. There is still a gap in the implementation of "one post and two responsibilities". The construction of party style and clean government has not been placed in the same important position as the specific business work. The implementation of various disciplines is not strict enough, and the sense of self-discipline needs to be further strengthened.

Second, the rectification measures

1, improve political status and safeguard central authority. The leading bodies of Party committees should persist in arming their minds, guiding practice, promoting work, taking the lead in learning, believing, understanding and applying, enhancing the "four consciousnesses" and "four self-confidences", more firmly safeguarding the authority of the CPC Central Committee and centralizing and unifying leadership, and more consciously maintaining a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in ideological and political actions.

Further improve the political stance, consciously align with the party's theory, line, principles and policies, align with the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee, and ensure the smooth flow of central government decrees.

2, to seriously organize discipline, the implementation of superior decisions. The leading bodies of Party committees should adhere to the principle of democratic centralism and resolutely oppose indecision, indecision and inaction in implementing the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee. Strengthen discipline construction, resolutely correct the problem of lax enforcement discipline, and resolutely put an end to bad habits such as waiting and seeing, perfunctory, following the rules, and passing the buck when implementing the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee.
