Characteristics of Yongchun vinegar
Yongchun vinegar is one of the four famous vinegars in China. Made of high-quality glutinous rice, Redmi, sesame and other raw materials, with a unique formula and years of precise fermentation and aging. It is brown and black in color, sweet in acid, mellow and refreshing, and will not rot after long storage. It is not only a good seasoning, but also a wonderful treatment, which can prevent and treat parotitis, biliary ascaris, colds and other diseases.
Yongchun mature vinegar, also known as black vinegar or Fujian red vinegar, is made from high-quality glutinous rice and high-grade red vinegar by deep fermentation for many years and has a unique production formula. Among them, it has gone through more than 50 processes such as glutinous rice cooking, alcohol fermentation, acetic acid fermentation, culture and aging, which lasted about 800- 1000 days.
