(2) Description of construction scheme

(1) batching and stirring:

A. After the construction team enters the site, first count the variety and quantity of all materials, make a list and submit it to the supervisor for signature.

B. Check whether the mechanical equipment such as mixer and pusher are working normally, and maintain them in time when problems are found. Spot check the materials, and make a test piece for each batch number. Discovered material deterioration, discoloration should stop using. If there is precipitation, make it uniform.

C. When batching, keep the batching area clean and sanitary, and don't litter with glue, so as not to pollute the environment.

D, batching personnel should carefully check the varieties and models of raw materials, and confirm that they are the same as the materials needed in the construction site, so as to push the materials onto the feeding rack, arrange them neatly, and set aside the barrel mouth downwards.

E. When discharging the glue, first let off the gas in the bucket, then open the mouth of the bucket and put the glue into a clean dumping bucket.

F the bottom black colloidal particles are controlled at 10- 1 1mm, and the construction ratio: prepolymer: black colloidal particles = 1: 6. The suitable dosage of catalyst varies with the change of air temperature, which is generally two thousandths of that of prepolymer.

However, it should be noted that during pouring, any glue solution of group A and group B should be poured into the center of the bottom of the mixing barrel, and it should not be dragged or splashed, and it should be left at the edge of the mixing barrel to avoid the raw glue pouring into the construction site and causing adverse consequences.

H, evenly mixing the prepared glue solutions of group A and group B, adding a certain amount of catalyst after evenly mixing, continuing to stir, adding black glue particles after evenly mixing, stopping stirring after evenly mixing, and then sending to the construction site for laying. The whole mixing process should not be too long or too short, and it is generally suitable for 2~3 minutes. And make records of batching barrels, so as to count the quantity of materials.

I. In the process of batching, batching should be carried out according to the formula. No one can change the proportion of raw materials, add any solvent or increase or decrease the amount of catalyst at will.

(2) Primer laying:

A. Before laying the base, clean up the foundation, prepare the construction tools, and debug the machine and its thickness according to the thickness required by the construction drawings.

B, according to the engineering situation, reasonably divide the construction plate, measure the position of the construction line, and put away the construction line. In the process of laying, the thickness of colloidal particles should be consistent, and there are no traces of joints and seams.

C before the base course is laid, the places with serious depressions at the base course should be leveled with primer and black particles, and the protruding places should be leveled to make them smooth.

D. Before laying the primer, clean the foundation, and then coat a layer on the foundation surface for the giant before laying. Brush with a layer of black colloidal particles. After the glue is cured, the black colloid layer will affect the adhesion. It is not suitable to spread a black glue layer after large-scale gluing. As far as possible, put a black glue layer on it.

E. In the process of laying, the laying personnel shall ensure the uniform walking speed of the machine, and the trimming personnel shall be skilled. The exposed and sunken parts shall be filled with glue in time, and the convex parts shall be flat and the edges shall be neat and smooth. Pruning personnel shall not be less than two people.

F after the black rubber particles are solidified, the whole site shall be inspected, and it is found that the edges are irregular or uneven. Cutting, grinding, glue filling and trimming are carried out to ensure the thickness of surface glue.

(3) Spray glue on the runway surface:

A. After the black colloidal particle layer is solidified and molded, the surface of the black colloidal particle layer (generally red) can be sprayed, and the ratio is: EPDM colloidal particle: PU slurry = 1: 1.2. Firstly, PU slurry was mixed with a proper amount of catalyst, and EPDM rubber particles were added in the mixing process. The particle size of EPDM is selected according to the needs, generally about 0.5 ~ 1 mm ... Then pour the material into a professional sprayer and spray it on the surface of the black rubber layer. When spraying, an appropriate amount of diluent can be added according to the thinness of the mucilage. Spray evenly twice according to the spraying sequence.

B. Before construction, glue spraying personnel should calculate the dosage of glue solution and the length scraped out by each bucket of glue solution, and mark it well, so as to know fairly well and use materials reasonably.

C. The material conveying action should be clean and fast, and it will fall down many times during pouring. The leftover materials at the bucket edge should be cleaned in time, and the outside of the bucket should be kept clean, so as to create good conditions for glue spraying personnel.

(4) Process line measurement and spraying:

Field measurement is carried out by professional technicians, and the theodolite and steel tape used must be inspected by the national inspection department before use, so as to accurately calculate the temperature change and ruler change and ensure the accuracy of measurement. There is no negative difference in the distance between the position of each sign line and the finish line, and the positive difference must be less than110000.
