5. Let's start frying. Heat the oil in the pot, and the oil temperature will be 40% hot. Add tofu. If the oil temperature is too high, it is easy to fry, and the oil temperature is just 40%. 6. Add the right amount of oil, stir-fry the head, add 5 grams of oyster sauce, saute until fragrant, add chopped green onion and stir-fry.

7. Stir-fry until oily, add 8 grams of soy sauce, cook the sauce flavor, add a small amount of water to blend the flavor, add tofu after the flavor is blended, and add soy sauce to color.

8. Add 2 grams of sugar to enhance the umami flavor, add pepper to remove the beany flavor, add 2 grams of salt to enhance the base flavor, boil a small amount of water to fully blend the flavor of tofu, and hook a small amount of thin sauce to make tofu more delicious.

9. Add an appropriate amount of onion oil to increase the flavor of onion, so that an onion tofu is ready.
