In the process of establishing a national civilized city and promoting the two historical tasks in Urumqi, under the guidance of Xinjiang spirit, combined with urban landscape construction, the construction of citizen spirit and the optimization of urban environment are completed.

The opinions put forward standard elements such as Xinjiang spiritual identity, propaganda slogan and overall color application, and combined with modern architecture, local customs, scenery and other local cultures in Xinjiang, nine series were designed, including text banner series, Urumqi landscape series, national unity picture series, Xinjiang famous landscape series, tree landscape series, urban landmark combination series, poster series, garden landscape series and indoor landscape series, which are convenient for classification according to different design elements and application methods.
