Halogenation method of Guilin halogen powder

Ingredients: pig's head, ox bone 4000g, Amomum tsaoko, cinnamon and licorice 20g each, star anise, citronella, Amomum villosum15g, fennel 25g, clove 5g, geranium, pepper10g, dried tangerine peel 6g, lobster sauce 400g, dried chilli 50g and ginger 5000.

The specific methods of Guilin rice noodle brine are as follows:

3. Leave 30 grams of oil in the pot. When the heat reaches 50%, stir-fry tofu for 2 minutes on low heat. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken powder, crystal sugar and soy sauce and bring to a boil. After taking out the pot, pour it into a stainless steel bucket and stir well.
