How to grasp the key words of the article
Keywords are frequently mentioned words in the network, which refer to the words people enter in the search box, that is, what search engines (such as "Baidu" and "Google") are looking for. The contents of keywords are mostly people's names, terms, websites, news, software and so on. For example, as far as the content we are studying today is concerned, we can search for [College Entrance Examination], [Chinese], [Modern Literature Reading] and [Keywords], and then these four words can be called keywords.
It can be said that search keywords have strong practicability and are closely related to our daily life and study. Summarizing the content of the article, refining the viewpoint of the article and summarizing the general idea of the paragraph in Chinese class are all concrete exercises. It is not surprising that the concept of "keywords" appeared in the Chinese test questions of the college entrance examination as early as 2005 and was favored by the teachers who gave the questions. In the annual college entrance examination papers, there will be topics to extract keywords, which we in Guangdong Province have already covered as early as 2006.
Second, the way to find keywords:
Method 1: Step by step method (starting from the central topic of the paragraph)
The basic process of solving problems: defining the topic-finding the predicate-connecting sentences-extracting keywords.
Specific explanation: Let's take the national volume in 2005 as an example.
Example ① Extract the main information of the following paragraph and write four key words in the box.
It is reported that in the voluminous collection of ancient books in the National Library of China, only 10.6 million volumes of "Dunhuang suicide note" have a long volume of more than 5,000 meters to be repaired, while the National Library has only10 professionals engaged in the restoration of ancient books; There are 30 million ancient books collected by libraries and museums all over the country, and the damage situation is also quite serious, which urgently needs rescue repair, but the total number of ancient book repair talents in China is less than 100. Such a huge restoration project, with so many people, will take nearly a thousand years to complete even if it works day and night.
[Analysis Steps]
1. Clearly state the subject (object).
Any paragraph, whether it is narrative, discussion or commentary, revolves around a topic, and the words that embody the topic are definitely one of the key words. Then, according to different styles, find the theme (important information) of the paragraph.
L find the central topic tip:
An article with narration as its main form ―― The object of narration (people and things)
An article with discussion as its main expression ―― a central argument or theme.
Articles with explanation as the main form of expression-the object of explanation
Articles with description as the main form of expression ―― Describing objects (scenery, things)
A lyrical article ―― Words with emotional tendency
The main expression objects of this passage (major concepts or major events), "ancient books" ("collected ancient books") and "talents" are subject words, which should be screened out.
2. Find the predicate verb corresponding to the stated object (main concept).
This step is mainly to find the predicate verbs or summary words corresponding to the main topic (main concept). For example, "repair" and "lack" are statements of the stated object and cannot be ignored.
3. Connect several words into a sentence (subject-predicate structure).
After the topic and predicate are selected, we can connect several words into a predicate structure sentence. This topic can be related to: (collection) ancient books (urgent) repair, (but in this respect) talent (very) lack. Generally, it can be expressed as subject-predicate structure: "Who or what happened".
4. Screening and extracting keywords.
Finally, we put the linked sentences into paragraphs for testing. If you can basically express the central content of the paragraph, you can screen and finalize the key words-ancient books, restoration, talents, lack (deficiency).
Method 2: Follow the clue (starting from finding the central sentence)
Specific explanation: the key to grasping the center of a paragraph is to find the central sentence. The central sentence is often a sentence that expresses the central meaning of a paragraph and is the core of the paragraph. The central sentence is sometimes the opening sentence, sometimes the ending sentence, and sometimes it may be in the expansion part. We should pay special attention to these sentences, either mentioning the following, summarizing the above, or connecting the preceding with the following. When screening, we can seize this sentence and follow the clues to find the relevant keywords.
The basic process of solving problems: determining the central sentence-carefully pondering-extracting keywords.
We take the topic of Guangdong in 2006 as an example:
Extract the main information of the following paragraph and write four key words ... >>
Question 2: How to grasp the key words in reading? The so-called keywords refer to words that can summarize the main idea of the article, explain the center of the article, show the context of the article and mark the relationship between sentences.
The topic is the eye of the article, from which you can know the content of an article. The title of the article itself is a high summary of the content of the article, in which the key words are often words that convey the main information;
Sometimes an article or a paragraph has a central sentence. In the article, we call it a general paragraph or a central paragraph, and in a paragraph, we call it a whole sentence. The central paragraph is the summary of this article, and the central sentence is the summary of this passage;
Some book editors will design some thinking questions after the article. Some of these questions go straight to the difficulty of understanding this article, some lead to the writing of the topic, and some will go straight to the center of the article.
The so-called transition means that certain words and paragraphs are used in the article to express the connection between the meaning before and after, so that they are organically connected and naturally transferred from the top to the bottom. A turning sentence is a sentence that connects the context and transitions from one question to another. Such sentences often appear at the end of a paragraph or at the beginning of a paragraph, sometimes as a paragraph alone. This sentence is related to the upper and lower paragraphs in content, and the keywords that summarize the upper and lower paragraphs can often be found in this sentence.
Question 3: How to grasp the key words skillfully to understand the content of the text? Chinese reading teaching in primary schools is an important part of Chinese teaching. Each volume of Chinese textbooks is dominated by dozens of literary works, which are both literary and aesthetic. These works are models for students to learn the language of the motherland, effective reading methods, models for learning compositions, and the basis for understanding national cultural traditions, expanding knowledge horizons, cultivating moral sentiments and aesthetic tastes, and exercising thinking ability. "Reading is an important way to collect and process information, understand the world, develop thinking and gain aesthetic experience." Therefore, reading teaching accounts for a large proportion in Chinese classes, and more class hours are used. Chinese teachers spend a lot of energy and time on reading teaching. However, in recent years, the criticism of Chinese teaching, especially Chinese reading teaching in primary schools, is always endless. Many Chinese teachers lament that they can't teach more and more, and they are basically aimed at reading teaching. What's wrong with reading teaching? There are of course many reasons. Now I will talk about one aspect of the mid-term based on my own teaching experience.
In reading teaching, it is often easy to "scratch the beard and stare", "teach all kinds of projects at once" and "teach from beginning to end". The results that are comprehensive are often not comprehensive. If we can grasp the key words and guide students to understand thoroughly, it will often be of great help to understand the full text and the author's feelings. This is a time-consuming and effective practice. To this end, in recent years, I resolutely abandoned the paragraph-by-paragraph teaching mode, and explored how to highlight the teaching focus and optimize the reading teaching process, especially how to grasp the key words and guide students to understand the text content. So how to learn the text effectively in Chinese reading teaching and guide students to understand the thoughts and feelings of the article through keywords and phrases? I think it should be improved from the following aspects:
First, study the text and grasp the essence of the text.
Rodin, a French master of art, once said, "It is not the lack of beauty, but the lack of discovery in our eyes." The purpose of the author's writing is often reflected in the thoughts and feelings he expresses. And some key words or sentences in the text are the source of the author's expression of thoughts and feelings. If teachers are good at discovering these springs and teaching them, then the living water of students' thinking and emotion will emerge continuously.
(A) grasp the profound meaning of words, sublimate students' emotional experience. Of course, in teaching, we can't analyze and explain the so-called keywords in a single and isolated way, nor can we simply "dismember" all aspects of words, words and sentences, nor do we want to design some exercises to stand in the study and analysis, but we should preserve the integrity of the article structure and the perfection of the artistic conception. Promote understanding by reading, understand the law by reading, and move emotions by reading. For example, in the teaching of "Traveling to Shanxi Village", in order to guide students to read the word "foot" in "Harvest", I designed the teaching like this:
Health (faint): "There are enough chickens and dolphins in good years."
Teacher: "Is he enough, class?"! He seems a little hungry, and the teacher will prepare wine and meat for you like the villagers in Shanxi village. " The students laughed.
Health (loud and powerful): "Keep enough chickens and dolphins in good years."
Teacher: "Good applause." (Applause), that's enough, not only enough food and wine, but also enough friendship.
This not only makes students understand the meaning of "foot", but also makes students feel and experience "foot". It can be seen that the profound sentences found by teachers are aimed at helping students understand the language, subliming students' emotional experience and playing the role of "killing two birds with one stone".
(2) Grasp the central sentence and lead the students to understand the text.
In many primary school texts, a word or sentence is the central point of the whole text. If you think about it carefully, the whole text is closely connected with it everywhere. If we grasp these central words in teaching, we can effectively help students grasp the context of the text and accurately understand the content of the whole text.
For example, teaching the article "Rich Xisha Islands" and grasping "It is a lovely place with beautiful scenery and rich products." This sentence guides students to understand the content of the text. It can be designed as follows: What are the beautiful paragraphs in the text? What are the product-rich paragraphs? What scenery is the beautiful scenery reflected in? What are the rich products? Through the understanding of the above problems, students initially understand that the full text is centered around the words "beautiful scenery and abundant products" and adopts the narrative method of total score. The following contents are the concretization and visualization of these two words. In other words, students have a preliminary understanding of the main content and structure of the text, which undoubtedly plays a leading role in further understanding the content of the text.
(3) Grasp turning sentences or key words to guide students to master the text framework.
1. Transitional sentences in the text >>
Question 4: How to accurately grasp the key words in a sentence? Distinguish the subject, predicate and object first, and then analyze it easily.
Question 5: It is the most difficult to make your own words by grasping the key words that people can remember in the article. Lao Du wrote poems, but he quit writing. There is no place for a word, and future generations read less. Therefore, some people say that Han and Du made their own words. People who could write articles in ancient times really cultivated everything. Although the old saying enters calligraphy, it is like a panacea, turning stone into gold. —— Huang Tingjian
Question 6: How to extract the keywords from the article? The key words of an article usually appear in the title, the first paragraph and the second paragraph. After roughly understanding the general idea of the article, find the word that best summarizes the general idea of the article from the first and second paragraphs, then this word is the key word.
Question 7: How to guide students to grasp key words and understand the text is a long-term teaching and reading method in Chinese teaching. In order to make students easy to accept and improve their language perception. In teaching, I have achieved the following:
1. Can accurately understand the meanings and expressive functions of words, words and sentences in a specific context.
2. Reading general or complex narratives and grasping key words can clarify the levels, correctly understand the ideological content of the article, and understand and analyze the language characteristics and expressions.
3. Reading ordinary or complex articles, according to some explicit words, you can sort out the levels, understand the scientific nature of the content and the accuracy of the language, analyze the main interpretation methods used in the article, and distinguish the characteristics and key points of different types of interpretation articles.
4. Have a certain sense of language, be able to master the methods of intensive reading and skimming, and seize the key words to quickly obtain the required information from the reading materials.
We can make full use of the information provided by notes and background materials to deepen our understanding of the article. The most important point of these methods is that they are inseparable from the grasp of key words and sentences and the understanding of articles. Because students are young, their understanding ability is limited after all. Therefore, it is common and effective to teach students to grasp the key words and understand the meaning of the article.
Hope to adopt, thank you.
