What are the brewing methods of Liubao tea?
To drink a cup of authentic Liubao tea, besides choosing high-quality Liubao tea leaves, the brewing method is also very important. There are four main brewing methods commonly used in Liubao tea:
1, cover bowl brewing method
(1) Prepare brewing instruments: cover bowls, fair cups, hand brewing, teacups and tea towels. Both domestic pure water and mountain spring water can be used as water.
(2) Warm cup: pour boiling water into the cover bowl, pour the water in the cover bowl into the fair cup, pour the water in the fair cup into the teacup, and then pour out the water in the teacup in turn.
(3) Tea placement: 7g of tea can be placed in a general 1 10ml bowl, which can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
(4) Wake up the tea: slowly and regularly inject water into the covered bowl filled with boiling water, wait for 15-20s, and discard the water. Liubao tea may have the taste of accumulated fermentation and storage, so it can be moistened 1-2 times.
(5) Soup making: It takes about 10s to soak in boiling water for the second time to the fifth time, and then the soup can be made. When the soup is served, pay attention to drain the tea soup. After the fifth soaking, the taste of tea soup began to weaken slightly, so the soaking time of each subsequent soaking was appropriately extended 10-20s.
2. Ni Xing pot brewing method
For friends who have just started to drink Liubao tea, they may have the feeling of "accumulating gas" and "storing taste" and are not used to it. Ni Xing pot is very effective in removing "accumulated gas" and "stored taste" of tea, and can obviously increase the thickness of tea soup. The brewing method is similar to the cup-covering brewing method, but it is better than the cup-covering brewing method and is also suitable for beginners to master.
Step 3: Boil and drink
(1) Equipment preparation: cover bowls, fair cups, boilers, teacups and tea towels.
(2) Warm Cup: Fill the bowl with water, pour the water in the bowl into the fair cup, and then pour it out.
(3) Putting tea: Weigh 5g of tea leaves, put them into a tea bag and a covered bowl, and control the ratio of tea to water at about 1: 100.
(4) Wake up the tea: put the tea leaves into a bowl, slowly and regularly inject water with boiling water, and pour off the water after 15-20s.
(5) Boiling and drinking: put the tea bag into the teapot, inject 500ml of water, and then start to simmer for 5- 10 minutes. Note that the water injection amount is between 1/3 and 1/2 of the teapot volume.
(6) Take the soup: after cooking, pour it into a fair mug made of glass and drink it after the tea soup cools.
4, stuffy bubble method
(1) Brewing utensils: stuffy teacups and tea stoves specially designed for drinking Liubao tea.
(2) According to the amount you drink, grab a handful of tea leaves and put them in a cup, pour a small amount of boiling water, and then pour out the water later.
(3) Pour boiling water, soak Liubao tea for 5- 10 minutes, shake the stuffy cup evenly and serve.
Second, what are the main points of brewing Liubao tea?
1, tea ratio
The ratio of tea to water varies according to the type of tea and the preferences of tea drinkers. Generally speaking, the ratio of tea to water is between 1: 50 and 1:60. When drinking tea on weekdays, the proportion of tea can also be flexibly controlled according to the taste habits of yourself and tea lovers.
2, wake up tea
Before drinking Liubao tea, you must wake up the tea first. Some tea lovers call it washing tea. When washing tea, pour water as soon as possible after injecting hot water. It is not advisable to soak it for too long, and it is advisable to control it within 3 seconds.
3. Tea temperature
Liubao tea requires high water temperature, requiring that "water must be boiled" and brewed with boiling water.
4. Brewing time
Due to the accumulation and fermentation process of Liubao tea, the contents of tea are easy to dissolve in water after post-fermentation, so the color of each tea can be adjusted by controlling the brewing time and water outlet speed.
5. drain the tea soup every time.
This habit of making tea can prevent the remaining tea soup from staying in the pot for too long and too thick, which will directly affect the taste of the next tea soup, and can also prevent the remaining tea soup from lowering the water temperature of the next boiling water and affecting the brewing temperature.
Three, Liubao tea brewing matters needing attention
1, Liubao tea is not allowed to be brewed for the first two times, and it is generally tasted after three times. With the increase of brewing times, the taste of tea is getting weaker and weaker, and the time for making tea should be appropriately extended.
2. Liubao tea needs to be brewed with boiling water, but it is not suitable for long-term soaking. If you don't master time well, it will easily make it bitter.
3. When brewing Liubao tea, the proportion of tea should be controlled well. If the amount of tea is large, the soaking time will be relatively shortened and the brewing times will increase; Less tea is the opposite.
