processing technology of nine-dried tangerine peel
(1) technological process
raw materials → chopping → blank making → desalting → feeding → dipping → drying → feeding and drying for three consecutive times → mixing licorice powder → packaging → warehousing
(2) technological specifications
(1) raw materials: yellow sweet orange and fragrant orange are selected and peeled. Add 5kg halogen and .5kg alum to 1kg skin, soak for 48 hours, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, and then cool immediately.

(4) material preparation solution: 6kg of licorice and 3kg of water are boiled into 25kg of licorice water, and then 3kg of white sugar and 1-15g of sodium sugar are added to make raw juice for later use.
(5) dipping and feeding: boiling the juice, adding the desalted blank, soaking for 2 hours, taking it out, putting it into a drawer, drying it, adding the original juice, and finally drying it for later use.
(6) adding licorice powder: 1% of the total weight of licorice powder is mixed on the blank of orange peel, so that the licorice powder is evenly adhered to each orange peel.
(7) packaging: after weighing, the finished products are put into plastic bags in time, with 25g small packages, and then into 2g, 25g, 5g or even 1g plastic bags, and then packed in corrugated paper boxes, each containing 1-15kg. The product name, weight, factory name and address are indicated on the outer packaging.
