The left and right fingers are open, not together, the left big finger should be horizontal flat, the index finger forward, the left and right big, two fingers tiger's mouth are semicircular. Both eyes look at the tip of the left index finger. Both shoulders should be loose and draw strength together, both hips should also draw strength together, the shoulders and hips should be combined. The two elbows are hanging down, not visible, and the back elbow is curved, not bent, but rounded like a half-moon. The two knees are buckled inward, not visible, the elbows and knees are in harmony. The heel of both feet are twisted outward, not to be revealed, and with the hands of the mutual pull corresponding to the hands and feet together. This is called the outer three together. Shoulder to destroy elbow, elbow to destroy hand, waist to destroy crotch, crotch to destroy knee, knee to destroy foot. The body is still upright, not skewed from side to side. If the heart and qi are stabilized, then the heart and the mind are in harmony. If the mind is concentrated, then the mind and the qi are in harmony. The qi should follow the form of the body's natural popularity, and should not have the intention to control the qi, then the qi and the force will be in harmony. In this way, the yin and yang are in harmony, up and down, inside and outside as one, this is called six harmony. Although the cloud is six in harmony, in fact, the internal and external harmony. This means that the yin and yang are in harmony, and the strength within the three bodies is therefore born.
