Inheriting Chinese virtues and carrying forward the national spirit

The great national spirit of unity, peace-loving, hard work, courage and self-improvement with patriotism as the core is a powerful spiritual force that supports the Chinese nation to work hard and become strong. Without the soul of patriotism, no spirit can unite the thoughts of the whole nation, nor can it become the spiritual wealth of the 56 nationalities in China. "The people of China have their own national pride and pride. It is the greatest glory to love the motherland and contribute all one's strength to building the socialist motherland, and it is the greatest shame to damage the interests, dignity and honor of the socialist motherland. " National spirit education with patriotism as the core is to cultivate our patriotic feelings, improve our patriotic consciousness and guide us to establish correct ideals and beliefs, world outlook, outlook on life and values. In contemporary China, love for the motherland is closely linked with love for China's * * * production party and socialism. National independence and people's liberation can only be achieved under the correct leadership of the China Production Party. China * * * production party is the core force leading our cause, the historical progress and bright future of socialist China since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, and the great achievement of socialist modernization and the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Firmly establish the firm belief of building Socialism with Chinese characteristics and the lofty ideal of striving for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. China is a unified multi-ethnic country, and it is the sacred mission of the Chinese nation to accomplish the great cause of the motherland's reunification. We should strengthen our awareness of safeguarding national unity, understand that it is the duty of citizens to defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity, and consciously fight against acts that endanger and split the motherland.

Chinese traditional virtue is formed by the Chinese nation in thousands of years of social development, which embodies the basic value of the Chinese nation in dealing with the relationship between man and nature, man and society, and man and man, and is a valuable legacy of the national spirit. Inheriting and carrying forward the traditional virtues such as "Worry about the world first, then be happy about it", "Every man is responsible for the rise and fall of the world", "Richness can't be lewd, poverty can't be moved, and power can't be bent", as well as being honest and trustworthy and being kind to others, is of great significance to improving the ideological and moral level of young students in China and carrying forward and cultivating the national spirit.

Revolutionary tradition is the precious wealth formed by our party leading the people in the revolutionary war years and the historical period of socialist construction, and it is the enrichment and development of traditional virtues. Excellent revolutionary traditions such as Jinggangshan spirit, Long March spirit, Yan 'an spirit, Hongyan spirit, Xibaipo spirit, Daqing spirit, two bombs and one satellite spirit, Lei Feng spirit, flood fighting spirit, anti-SARS spirit and manned space flight spirit formed in the long-term revolutionary struggle and socialist construction practice. Comrade Deng Xiaoping summarized the revolutionary tradition into five revolutionary spirits, namely, the spirit of revolution and despair, the spirit of strict discipline and self-sacrifice, the spirit of selflessness and putting others before oneself, the spirit of overriding all enemies and all difficulties, the spirit of persisting in revolutionary optimism and overcoming all difficulties to win. These revolutionary traditions and revolutionary spirits are of great practical significance for us to strengthen our faith, invigorate our fighting spirit and invigorate our spirit.

As the saying goes, when you are in trouble, you are successful. We young students should establish the spirit of diligent study, especially the only child, and must emphasize hard work and thrift. We also need to be honest and credible. Honesty and trustworthiness is the foundation of being a man and the basic creed of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. Today, with the rule of law and the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system, it is even more necessary to stress honesty. At present, some phenomena in social life, such as moral anomie, non-observance of contracts and lack of attention to professional ethics, have had a negative impact on our healthy growth. A few students cheat in exams, and their words and deeds are different. We must resolutely resist and stop this bad style, which is not only a question of examination style, but also a question of personal quality, which is a major issue related to the style of study and social atmosphere, and must not be taken lightly.
