Traditional entity store

Both online stores and physical stores do business, and customers are similar. They are all shoppers. In essence, there are no traditional or modern problems.

There is a difference between the virtual and the real store, which is the biggest difference and the overall difference. Relying on the internet, online stores are open in the air; Relying on the street, the physical store is open on the ground.

From this overall difference, many specific differences are derived.

Because online stores are virtual, compared with physical stores, the initial cost is much lower, the initial transactions are much less, and the speed of selling goods is much faster.

Online stores and physical stores are waiting for customers to come to the door, but there is a difference between customers entering the store and going to the street through the Internet, and so is repeat customers. Getting the goods is real.

Because online stores rely on the Internet and connect with customers' mobile phones, the transaction completion or sales speed is much faster, but the delivery lags behind the physical stores, which saves customers time, effort and worry.

Online stores can also let customers see a wide range of goods, but they can't touch the real thing, nor can they try it out, that is, they can't experience it. Customers can only compare the price, experience, return or refund only later, unlike physical stores, which is more authentic and stable.

Customers from online stores are not subject to geographical restrictions. As long as the internet is available, physical stores are obviously limited, and customers mainly come from around the streets, especially from inside. Therefore, the customer base of the former is naturally larger than the latter. Online stores are more likely to be patronized by more customers but not bought, and the probability of being skipped is greater, while physical stores on commercial streets are not. After all, the area is small and the number is small.

Online stores are easy to open and withdraw, and disappear in a blink of an eye, while physical stores will not, which enhances customers' stickiness, loyalty and trust.

Online stores are surrounded by online stores, and advertisements pop up at any time and can be seen everywhere, so that customers can shop purely without thinking or asking. Even real people can't meet it, and they can't smell the real taste. After paying for shopping, they will leave the store, or browse online, or return to the real world, including going to the street where the physical store is located, or even farther and more places to meet the needs that cannot be obtained online.

Online stores don't have everything, physical stores have everything, only unexpected, unavailable, cheap and expensive, and even services that online stores don't have at all.

The difference also shows the advantages and disadvantages.
