Small class art teaching plan in kindergarten: hand origami

Paper folding

Origami is a special activity in our class. At the beginning of the activity, the children discovered the characteristics of paper by playing with it. So with the help of the teacher, the activity routines and requirements were drawn up. In the activity, the children have been able to accurately grasp the concepts of edges, corners and midlines through hands-on operation, and at the same time learned some basic skills such as simple diagonal folding, edge folding and four corners folding to the center. This activity is based on edge folding to create a double triangle.

Activity objectives:

1, master the folding method of double triangles.

2. Develop the child's hand-eye coordination ability and be able to fold the left and right corners evenly in the same direction.

Activity content: origami frog

Activity preparation: Before the activity, take the children to observe the frog's appearance. For a big example, several square pieces of paper are arranged in the pool as exhibition boards, and the frog dances music clips.

Activity flow:

1. Enlighten and guide children to summarize the appearance characteristics of frogs.

Teacher: What shapes are the head and body of a frog?

Yang: Triangle.

Teacher: How many legs does a frog have?

Young man: Frogs have four legs.

Teacher: The frog has four legs on both sides of its body, two in front and two in the back.

Teacher: They are front legs and rear legs respectively. Let's see the difference between the frog's forelegs and hind legs.

Young: the front legs extend forward and the rear legs extend backward.

2. Show a big example to guide children to observe the folding method of the front and rear legs in the example.

Teacher: After observing the frog, the teacher folded a paper frog out of a square piece of paper. Do you think the teacher's paper frog is the same as what you observed? How did their front and rear legs break?

Young: The front leg is folded forward with the upper layer and the rear leg is folded down with the second layer.

3. The teacher demonstrates the folding method step by step, focusing on the folding method of double triangles.

Answer: first guide the child to fold the edge twice.

B: Turn a large piece of paper into a small square, then lay the square flat on the upper layer with your left hand, and press the crease on the edge of the upper half opening with your right hand to fold it toward the center line of the bottom layer.

C: it's the same in the back.

D: Fold the two small corners of the upper layer above the two oblique sides to form the front legs.

E. Lift the upper layer and pull the two small corners of the lower layer to the bottom of the triangle to form hind legs.

Encourage children to try boldly, and teachers will tour to guide them to help them grasp the key points and experience the sense of success.

4. Game "Frog Race"

A, put the frog's head forward, blow on its tail with its mouth, and let the frog go forward.

B, guide children to find companions around them to compete.

5. Guide children to put "frogs" into "ponds"

The little frog is tired of playing. It's time for him to drink water in the pond and have a rest. Let's put them in the pond and let them rest. Children should be like frogs. It's time to drink water and rest.

6. In the drinking session, the teacher verbally helps the children to review the folding method of frogs, and then instructs the children to comment after washing their hands.

7. The activity ended naturally.

Extension of activities: children go home to teach their parents to fold frogs to play games, on the one hand, review and enhance family ties.

Activity self-assessment:

On the one hand, in this activity, the atmosphere is relaxed and harmonious, and children's participation is high, so you can boldly try.

The teacher's explanation is meticulous and in place, and the child can operate better. At the beginning, teachers can inspire children to summarize the shape of frogs in language and develop their language expression and observation ability. Finally, some children can not only experience a sense of success, but also enhance the friendship between peers in the game. Guiding children to drink water by drinking frogs is in line with the age characteristics of small classes. Activity evaluation allows children to try to evaluate and develop their discriminating ability. In a word, the children mastered the double triangle folding method in this activity, and their abilities in many aspects have been improved.
