How to make a steamed bowl of sweet meat

1. Material: 750g pork belly, 250g glutinous rice, brown sugar 1 small bowl of fresh orange peel, 3 tsps soy sauce, 2 tsps lard, sugar and salt.

2. Wash the pork belly for half an hour, then slice it, then pour in 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix well with a little salt.

3. Chop brown sugar and orange peel as much as possible, take half of brown sugar, and take half of orange peel and pork belly.

4. Steamed glutinous rice, stir in the remaining half of brown sugar, half of orange peel and lard while it is hot, and mix well.

5. Wipe the steaming bottom of the bowl with water, then spread the meat slices on the bottom of the bowl, and finally spread the glutinous rice on the meat slices.

6. Steam in an ordinary steamer for one and a half hours.

7. Take the pot, turn it upside down, and then sprinkle some sugar.
