There is an old saying in the ancients: poor people must be hateful! So, everything happens for a reason. As a martial arts lover, I have never stopped exercising since I was a child. My method of practicing martial arts is very simple. I play with my homemade sandbags (containing medium sand and small steel balls) for half an hour every day. Now, I can break two stacked red bricks with my fist with one hand.

As a child, I always wanted to be a hero because I was naive, so I was obsessed with martial arts. After work, all I do is write, and I will write when I get home, in order to relax my brain. Through strenuous exercise to unload the burden of mental work, I will go to the third floor of our house to play sandbags for half an hour every day after dinner. Then take a hot bath in the bathroom on the first floor, stare at the sofa on the second floor for 20 minutes, and then continue writing or reading.

In the eyes of my colleagues, I am a gentle person. But once in a crisis, it took me only 0.0 1 second to subdue the mob. I think practicing martial arts is just a hobby of mine and a means for me to exercise. I never learn from my teacher, and I don't need it to make a living, let alone research. But I have observed the world martial arts for many years, and I still found some problems.

Can you play martial arts?

In fact, what I want to tell martial arts lovers is that there is no best kung fu in the world, only the best people in the world!

I like martial arts because of the influence of novels and my grandfather. As a person born in the early years of the Republic of China, he saw a martial arts movie very early. After that movie, as an illiterate, he only remembers slapping the wall every day.

My grandfather hit the wall all his life, and he can swell the cow's ass with his hands, but I have never heard the old man in the village say who my grandfather fought with.

But my grandfather said that his hand saved him several times.

When I was young, my grandparents and brother became orphans at a very young age. They crisscrossed, and three of the five brothers died.

My grandfather was taken by the Japanese as a able-bodied man when he was wandering alone. He was kidnapped by the Red Neck Army and almost shot. He also had a conflict with Koreans.

As a "camel Xiangzi", he often contacts with colonists from various countries in the city, speaks a few foreign languages and has several foreign friends.

Grandpa told me that hiding things from me is not for publicity, but for saving lives when necessary.

In my life, I was forced to fight back once when I was in senior three, and my classmates still say it was a coincidence.

In fact, whether it is Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Israeli vest, African fighting dance, etc. As long as you can practice for half an hour every day for ten years, you can protect yourself and your family.

Martial arts, if not for fame and fortune, there is no need to learn from the master, and there is no need to learn those fancy shelves. You only need to fight sandbags for ten years, and you will naturally have kung fu.

The essence of Wushu is killing skills, not for boasting and competing. Wushu in all countries loses its original essence as long as it stands on the stage and is bound by scores and rules.

However, China Wushu, like Chinese medicine, tea and porcelain, is over-edified by Confucian culture, which makes an ordinary skill too mysterious, abstruse and complicated.

During the Republic of China, because of the war, Wushu reached the peak of history. Because the escort in the Republic of China lived by kung fu, if they had no real skills, they could only be eliminated.

However, recently, the domestic martial arts are full of chaos and dancing, and how many ugly faces of martial arts liars have been exposed by a counterfeiter.

In fact, no matter what xu teacher's purpose is, in the author's eyes, the more such people, the better.

Martial arts are not blown out, but played out.

Wushu does not need to be mystified. Wushu is a common skill to kill people. After the appearance of modern guns, Wushu became less important.

Take taekwondo as an example. How long has it been developing?

Why is it so hot? Are exaggerated movements such as high kick and downward spin kick of Taekwondo really suitable for actual combat?

Since the commercialization model has been adopted, it should be fully packaged and promoted.

There is no shame in making money. The most annoying thing is to say that you are the best in the world, while calling people shit, while being shy and secretly making money. We are all adults, so why bother?

Five imprisonments of Wushu

In fact, the decline of traditional Wushu did not happen overnight. Wushu has changed from the previous killing skill to the later * * and performance art, and it also has certain historical origins.

There have been five large-scale martial arts bans in the history of our country, namely:

(1) After Qin Shihuang unified the six countries; (2) after Zhao Kuangyin became emperor; (3) After the Yuan Dynasty established political power; (4) Martial law in Yongzheng period; ⑤……

Check the ancient China, with aristocratic temperament and duel custom.

Scholars like Confucius and Li Bai also carry swords with them and cultivate martial arts into aristocratic qualities.

After those five paragraphs, martial arts became synonymous with vulgarity, hooliganism and ignorance, which is one of the reasons why I don't want people around me to know that I practice boxing.

On the contrary, compare Korea, Japan, Brazil, the United States, Israel and other countries. What's their attitude towards Wushu?

We have all seen Jet Li's Zhen Chen and Huo Yuanjia. Of course, those are all fake.

But at that time, Huo Yuanjia also followed the business model. At most, there were hundreds of thousands of apprentices in Jingwumen, and there were branches in East Asian countries. Is this a lot like the Taekwondo Hall in Korea?

In fact, the commercialization of martial arts is not shameful. It is shameful to brag, cheat and be arrogant. How many years has Jiu Jitsu been created in Brazil? Why can it be popular all over the world?

It is because Jiu Jitsu encourages students to be innovative, endless and speak with strength.

Now Muay Thai is also a performance, but it is performed within the rules.

If you really take off your gloves, don't pretend and don't think about business. Being a master will never last more than a minute. Either you die or I die.

As for what WWC is, fake is disgusting. But why are so many people watching? It is that people's business model works well.

Sometimes, the more a person curses at the top of his lungs, the more he will be despised by the public. It's no use just cursing and boasting. It was a mule or a horse that came out to fight.

Finally, I want to answer most people who love traditional martial arts. Is there real kung fu in China's traditional martial arts? Absolutely, and it's amazing.
