How to make Tianjin-style eggplant?

Steps of baking eggplant with Tianjin flavor

1. Cut the eggplant into small pieces (or slices).

2. Chop garlic, star anise and coriander.

3. Half a bag of sweet noodle sauce (can be put according to personal taste).

4. Heat the pot, put a little oil, and stir-fry the cut eggplant.
