Traditional method of making soybean milk

Almond soybean milk

Raw materials: 70g soybeans, 20g almonds and proper amount of water.

Exercise:

1. Soak soybeans in warm water for 6-8 hours until they are soft.

2. Put the soaked soybeans and almonds into the cup of the soymilk machine, add water between the upper and lower water lines, turn on the power supply, and press the "Five Grains Soymilk" button until the almond soymilk is ready.

Nutritional function:

1. Almond can regulate nonspecific immune function and enhance the body's resistance. Nonspecific immune function is generally innate. When the human body is infected by pathogens, it has a wide range of participation and the fastest response, which is the first line of defense against infection.

Besides enhancing human immunity, almonds can also prevent respiratory diseases. Almond has the highest content of vitamin E among all kinds of common nuts. A handful of almonds (about 20-25 grains, weighing about 30 grams) contains about 10 mg of vitamin E. Eating more almonds can provide enough vitamin E for the body and play a role in preventing influenza.

3. Soysterol, potassium and magnesium contained in soybean milk are powerful salt-resistant substances. Sodium is one of the main sources of hypertension. If the amount of sodium can be properly controlled in the body, it can not only prevent and treat hypertension, but also treat hypertension.
