How to make a seven-layer cake

Batch processing:

One of the raw materials: glutinous rice flour (ratio 4: 1) sugar.

The second raw material: red bean pumpkin matcha powder osmanthus.

Exercise:

1, peeled pumpkin, cut into pieces, steamed in a cage,

2. Stir the steamed pumpkin into pumpkin puree with a blender;

3. Soak and cook red beans, take 2/3 and stir them into bean paste, and the rest will be used;

4. Take a proper amount of matcha powder and mix it with hot water for later use;

5. Put glutinous rice flour and rice flour into a plastic bag, shake well and sieve;

6. Divide the mixed powder into four parts, one part is added with a proper amount of warm sugar water and stirred into white powder slurry; Part of it is made into yellow paste with pumpkin puree and warm water, part of it is made into bean paste with warm water, and the other part is made into green paste with matcha water and warm water.

7. Enlarge half a pot of water in the rice cooker, put anti-sticking paper or gauze on the steamer, pour a layer of powder slurry after the water boils, and wipe it evenly with a spoon. I pour the red bean paste first (the steam is too big to shoot), steam for about 5 minutes, pour the paste into the second layer (white) after solidification, and so on, pour it into the third layer (yellow) ... until the seventh layer;

8. After all solidification, continue steaming for 5 minutes, poke the non-stick chopsticks with chopsticks and take them out;

9. After completely cooling, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it 1-2 hours later, take it out and cut it into eight equal parts (it is easy to cut it without sticking a knife after freezing).
