Why are fresh graduates always cheated when looking for a job? The reason is here, here.

The new year graduation season is coming soon, and the headache for many students is to find a job. Society is different from school. We are still simple in school, but you have to get used to it gradually after you enter the society. There are many routines in big cities. . Then I'll talk about how to improve the efficiency of fresh graduates in finding jobs and how to avoid cheating the company. This is my own experience, and I stepped into the pit step by step.

First, when you arrive in a new city, you must first rent out the house.

When I say rent a good house, I don't mean to let you rent a house casually. You must think about where you want to develop this city, and plan to find a job in that area, such as Shanghai, which is divided into Pudong New Area, Xuhui District and Baoshan.

You should consider whether the area where you rent a house is easy to find a job, whether the transportation is convenient and whether the rent is too expensive. So before you go to work in a new city, you must do a good job, or headless flies will hit you. If you rent a house, you can find a job with peace of mind. Never rent a house while looking for a job, it's too inefficient.

Second, you must pay attention to these when looking for a job.

1: When submitting resumes, major websites must pay attention to the company address. If it takes more than 70 minutes by subway, it is recommended not to go for an interview, because it may take more than 3 hours for you to go back and forth to work, and the whole person will be very tired except for working hours. Don't feel indifferent, it will be really tiring, try to find someone close to home.

2. Recommend apps that are popular in job hunting at present, such as "Worry-Free Future", "Zhaopin Recruitment" and "Boss Direct Employment". Personally, I think it is better to hire boss directly, because this is a vertical recruitment platform and HR can respond quickly. Most importantly, you can chat with HR directly and ask about some companies, such as salary, work content, commuting time and so on.

The first two are more traditional recruitment apps. Many HR will check whether there are resumes submitted by candidates in their accounts at one time every day, so the response speed is slower than that of boss direct employment. I know that many HR companies are directly employed by boss. Zhilian and the future are auxiliary functions, and the main recruitment method is boss direct employment.

What we hear most in school is that it is difficult to find a job, so we should cherish every interview opportunity. When many students were looking for a job for the first time, HR called him and gave him the address directly. I didn't know the job content, commuting time and salary, so I went for an interview (I just graduated, hahaha).

Why? Because the teacher told them not to ask HR these things, it would annoy them and make it difficult to be admitted. Now I just want to say that it's time for students to wake up. It is our right to ask these questions. Finding a job is a process of mutual choice between enterprises and job seekers. When you go to the company for an interview, you will find that HR can't wait to ask all your ancestors for 18 generations, that is, not to mention your salary, and then directly ask when you can come to work, and let you go to work if you don't know your salary.

What is the purpose of work? Make money, of course! If you don't want to be a volunteer, be sure to ask about the salary. If the interviewer falters when talking about salary, the company will not come even if it gives you an offer, because the salary is definitely low, otherwise HR will not say it. Therefore, before we meet the interviewer, we must know what the company does, how much the basic salary is, the commuting time and where the specific address is. Use the map to check if it's too far before you go. Just go and make an appointment for another interview. Don't waste time.

Third, these companies should not go for interviews.

Training institution: when I am busy submitting my resume. Suddenly, a very enthusiastic HR called to introduce a very tall position with low salary, and then invited you for an interview. When you went to the interview, their fox tails leaked out, and four Chinese character training institutions.

Job description: Many HR concealed the job content of the position in order to invite you in the early communication, saying that the basic salary is higher than that of their peers. For example, HR says that the basic salary is 3500-5000, so it is basically 3500. Don't even think about talking to the interviewer about increasing the basic salary. This situation often happens in sales companies because their personnel have daily requirements.

Working hours? :? During the interview, HR said that he worked overtime occasionally, and worked overtime every day after formal work, even 996. For example, a friend of mine went to a music company to do sales, which was the case. The work intensity and pressure were great.

Job salary: at first, I communicated with HR phone or WeChat, but the salary did not match the salary actually talked about in the company interview, and the expected salary could not be reached. It was a complete waste of time to go to the interview.

Specific industries: financial institutions, real estate industry, education industry. Those who contact you actively are all recruiting sales. The name of the account manager and the class teacher sounds very tall, but it is actually sales. Although the salary of sales is high, it is unstable and hard. It is normal to work 12 hours a day, so if you don't want to do sales, these companies can directly filter it out when you interview.

Fourth, summarize a few "don't"

1: No charge. Some fraud companies charge fees for various reasons, such as clothing fees, referral fees, medical examination fees, etc. As long as you remember one sentence, you won't be cheated: regular companies won't let you pay 1 cent, so those who ask you to pay are irregular. Don't be silly. If you are cheated, there is nothing that makes sense. The liar has long since run away.

2. Don't hand in your ID card. In the "Announcement on Regulating the Use and Management of Resident Identity Cards" issued by the state, it is explicitly required that state organs or relevant units and their staff shall not copy or scan resident identity cards without authorization, and shall not detain or pledge citizens' resident identity cards. If the interview requires handing in your ID card, you must be vigilant to prevent pyramid schemes.

Don't believe the small advertisements in the street, all kinds of job advertisements near the subway station and on the wire fence. Don't believe this kind of advertisement. Most of these advertisements are aimed at factory workers, couriers, sales, etc. Although there is no guarantee that they are all fake, there is a great possibility of being a liar, and you still have to go to a regular job search website to find a job.

4. Don't go to a company with low requirements. We talked for less than three minutes during the interview, and I don't know the specific salary and work content. I will let you come to work tomorrow. This situation is mostly not a good position, and you may be recruited to do something. Unless you are really good, you are still forced to do something.

Don't believe that the boss is not a fool in a position with high salary and low requirements. You can't create value for the company. The boss really pays you a high salary, so the boss is either a fool or a liar. Since people can start a company as a boss, can they still be fools? So you must be a liar. Don't believe a pie fell on your head. Everything that can hit you on the head is a trap.

6. Don't trust companies that come to your door easily. Liar companies will take the initiative to contact job seekers, saying that they saw your resume on a job search website, which meets the company's job requirements and invites you for an interview. It is suggested that job seekers must think about whether they have submitted their resumes to this company before going to the interview. Now most job-hunting websites can check the resume delivery records. Don't be afraid of trouble, safety is the most important thing.

Finally, call the roll and concentrate. Don't go to such a company.

A friend of mine went to a life-saving company in China for an interview after graduating from college. HR said that the basic salary was 4,500 yuan, but he had to pay 500 yuan's entry deposit and 6,000 yuan entry fee, and told him that the basic salary was 6,000 yuan. Then my friend got a salary of 6000 yuan in the first month and 2000 yuan in the second month. I didn't know the routine of the company until I got familiar with it. 6000 yuan is for self-insurance, and I will pay you back the next month. I just graduated, and the contract I signed is not a labor contract and has no legal benefit. After the third month, he resigned. He owed 7000 yuan in foreign debt. Everyone who joined the company resigned, and of course they were all in debt.

There is another company that you can't go to. There are many such small companies in big cities. The company is jointly managed by husband and wife. There are many things all day. For example, recruiting a fresh graduate will be regarded as having two years of work experience after joining the company. If you don't do it well, you will be called stupid and cynical. Because the company is small, you always want to recruit the best employees with the least money. Wrong. Because the boss doesn't ask or say anything directly, let you guess, hahaha, I guess you are a big head ghost. When I was working as an HR in a family business, many candidates would resent it, and people were hard to recruit.

This is my accumulated experience in recent years, and I hope it will be helpful to your children's shoes.

Like to pay a little attention, I promise I won't get pregnant, hee hee.
