Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Dice the sausage.

Hot oil, stir-fry chopped green onion.

Add the sausage and stir well.

Add tofu blocks.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Turn the spoon upside down and stir well.

Add a proper amount of water and fire for 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt and collect juice at high temperature. Turn off the fire.

Take out the pan, put the plate on the table.
