Four traditional famous porcelains in Jingdezhen?

Jingdezhen porcelain has a beautiful shape, a wide variety, rich decoration and unique style. Porcelain is as white as jade, as bright as a mirror, as thin as paper and as loud as stone. Jingdezhen ceramic art is an important treasure in China cultural treasure house.

Blue and white,

Linglong, famille rose and coloured glaze are collectively called the four famous traditional porcelains in Jingdezhen. Thin-embryo porcelain is called magical treasure, and porcelain carving is a traditional arts and crafts product in China.

Blue and white porcelain

Blue and white porcelain was made and fired in the Yuan Dynasty. Paint the green tire with pigment and then fire it at high temperature. Glaze is crystal clear, thorough and elegant. The green substance is dissolved between the fetal glazes, and the hair color is green. Although the tone is single, it feels rich. Blue and white porcelain is durable, porcelain is not fragile and does not fade.

Linglong porcelain

Linglong porcelain was created and developed on the basis of hollowing-out technology in Xuande period of Ming Dynasty, with a history of more than 500 years. Carve a rice-shaped flower hole on the thin blank tire, then glaze it several times, fill the flower hole, and then fire it in the kiln. In the Qing Dynasty, porcelain makers skillfully combined blue and white Ling He balls to form blue and white exquisite porcelain that everyone loved. The green and transparent exquisiteness and the blue and white with emerald color match each other, giving people a special aesthetic feeling. The exquisite blue and white porcelain produced by Jingdezhen Guangming Porcelain Factory won the national gold medal, and 1986 won the gold medal in Leipzig International Expo.

Pastel porcelain

Pastel, also known as soft color, is the glaze decoration of porcelain, which began in the late Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty and became more and more perfect in Yongzheng and Qianlong years. Its manufacturing method is: first draw the outline of the pattern on the white tire porcelain, then pile up the pigments and bake them at a high temperature of more than 700 degrees Celsius. The color is soft, the painter is exquisite and neat, and there is quite a four-painting flavor. There is also a sense of relief, and the picture is full of rich national characteristics. The characters are mainly based on historical stories and myths of China, with colorful landscapes, lifelike flowers and birds feathers, neat and symmetrical geometric patterns and so on. The "Fushou" brand famille rose porcelain produced by Jingdezhen Art Porcelain Factory won the Runjia Gold Award.

Color has words.

Adding some oxidized metals to the glaze will show some inherent colors after baking, which is called colored glaze. The main factors affecting the color of colored glaze are metal oxides that act as colorants, and they are also closely related to the composition, particle size, firing temperature and firing atmosphere of glaze. Workers in Jingdezhen Porcelain Factory use these factors to produce glazed porcelain of various colors and styles. People say that "whatever color is in nature, you can burn porcelain of whatever color". If you visit the colored glazed porcelain in Jingdezhen, you will believe it is true. Of course, many ingredients and firing in glass are difficult, such as "offering red glaze", and there is a saying that "a thousand kilns are valuable". The "Zhuguang" brand high-temperature glazed display porcelain produced by Suo Jianguo Porcelain Factory in Jingdezhen won the national silver award.

Thin-embryo porcelain/porcelain

Thin-embryo porcelain is as thin as cicada wings and as light as silk thread. It is a kind of fine white porcelain as thin as eggshell. The ancients recited thin-walled porcelain: "I am afraid that the wind will blow away, but I am still worried about the sun."

The production of thin-walled porcelain is extremely demanding, especially the repair of the blank is the most difficult and important. It depends on the master's skill. After repeated more than a hundred times, the blank with a thickness of 2 or 3 mm was repaired to be as thin as an eggshell. At the critical moment, one knife is too thick, and one more knife will destroy the blank. Inadvertently, a breathing stick ruined all previous efforts. Such clay adobe must be baked at a high temperature of1more than 300 degrees Celsius without cracking and deformation, and its rare sense of responsibility can be imagined. Therefore, people call thin-walled porcelain a magical treasure.
