How to open the upper and lower covers of pressure cooker?

(1) General method:

1. Hold the lid handle of the pot cover with your right hand.

2. Hold an ear with your left hand on the pot body to prevent the pot body from rotating, and turn it horizontally and clockwise with your right hand.

(2) What if I can't open it?

1, if it can't be transferred:

(1) There is pressure in the pot (safety column jacking). Solution:

A, natural cooling. When the pressure inside and outside the pot is equal, it is easy to open.

B, manual exhaust.

Turn the exhaust valve switch on the cover to open it after exhausting. Pay attention to steam burns during the exhaust process; Gently press the safety post with chopsticks and take off the chopsticks. Wait until the safety post falls naturally, then open it. Keep your hands away from the lid, or the steam will burn you. This method is not recommended and can only be used when the pressure inside and outside the pot is confirmed to be equal.

(2) There is no pressure in the pot (the safety column has not fallen). Solution:

Gently press down the safety post with chopsticks, and then follow the above method.

2, can rotate the cover:

(1), it may not be in place. Solution: Turn to the right position.

(2) There may be negative pressure in the pot. Solution: Open the manual exhaust valve.

Second, close the lid.

(1) General method

1. Make sure to put the cover in the position shown in Figure 1, as shown in Figure 2.

2. Feel covered, and then turn counterclockwise.

(2) What if I can't close it? (The lid won't turn)

1, it may be put backwards. Solution: put it right.

2. It may be uneven, and the solution: flatten it again and then close it.

3. It can turn counterclockwise in reverse.

4. Maybe the safety post didn't fall down. Solution: Gently press the safety post with chopsticks, take out the chopsticks, and then operate as above.

Third, air leakage.

(1) Safety column leaks. If the safety post has not fallen, you can gently press it with chopsticks and then take it out. If it still leaks, there may be foreign objects, so clean it.

(2) The manual exhaust valve leaks. It may not be closed, but it's still leaking. There may be a foreign body. Please clean it when you open it, and then close it.

(3) Water leaks from the pot cover and pot. There may be foreign objects, please take off the cover and clean it. If there is still air leakage, the sealing ring may be installed backwards and reassembled. If there is still air leakage, it may be that the sealing ring is aging or damaged, so replace it with a new one.

If there is still air leakage through the above methods, please send it for repair.
