Do you know the origin of "Yangchun noodles"?

The origin of Yangchun noodles is related to Emperor Qianlong's southern tour of Yangchun in March. According to legend, Ganlong visited Huai 'an in Yangchun in March and went to a noodle restaurant to hide his identity. He ate two bowls of noodles in a row, and the noodle soup was crystal clear, with golden oily noodles floating on it. But I learned that this kind of noodles has no name, because it is in the spring of March, so it is named "Yangchun Noodles".

According to the word "Yangchun" adopted by Emperor Qianlong, it means that Huai 'an pays taxes to the imperial court just like everything grows in spring, as vibrant and continuous as this noodle. Yangchun noodles, also known as smooth noodles, clear soup noodles or "clear soup smooth noodles", are fresh, light and refreshing, which is a major feature of Yangzhou. Folklore calls October of the lunar calendar Xiaoyangchun, and Shanghai slang takes ten as Yangchun. In the past, this kind of noodles sold for ten pence per bowl, so it was called Yangchun noodles.
