What is a straight bar?

One. According to my observation, many table tennis fans simply understand backhand as hitting the ball with the back of the racket, so the grip posture is the same as that of backhand, and there is no change. The wrist rotates outward and hits the ball with the back of the racket. However, due to the inability to correctly control the shape of the racket, this reverse hitting method cannot make a powerful and accurate attack. The reason is that the original grip of backhand will make the racket have an angle with the longitudinal extension line of the arm (compare the following correct grip to understand the meaning of this statement), which makes a big taboo.

The correct grip should be based on the following points:

1. Gently press the racket face obliquely with your thumb, and the left side of the racket handle is close to the tiger;

2. Straighten your index finger and gently press the left and right to pat the edge;

3. Stretch three fingers on your back and let your fingers lightly press your back;

4. Turn your wrist slightly inward so that the racket face is perpendicular to the ground;

5. Gently press the thumb and forefinger so that the racket face is basically on the arm extension line. At this time, I was ready to fight back. Here we particularly emphasize that the racket face should basically be on the arm extension line. This is because the racket formed in this way is completely consistent with the racket formed by tennis, badminton and table tennis. Their advantage is that backhand handball and underhand ball are very natural, unlike the traditional backhand stroke, which requires a complicated and difficult wrist turning process. From our starting point to guide beginners, backhand is much faster than conventional methods. Some golfers learned backhand attack only after practicing for several years, so it can be seen that backhand attack is not Chun Xue, but a beautiful chin, which is a shortcut for table tennis players to learn backhand attack.

Pull the backhand loop ball (1)

In the traditional forehand and backhand confrontation, backhand loop ball has almost become the "patent" of backhand players, and it is also the magic weapon for backhand players to defeat the enemy, especially backhand loop ball. Before the technology of backhand backhand backhand appeared, the traditional backhand loop ball could not be produced by backhand backhand. The following play can change the passive situation of the backhand.

First, the backhand hangs the loop ball high.

Stand a little away from the table, about 60cm above, with your right foot slightly forward, your knees slightly bent, your abdomen pressed against your chest, your body slightly turned left, your upper arm close to your body, your elbow slightly protruding, your right arm naturally bent, your forearm led to the left and sank, and your wrist drooped and shrank. When the incoming ball bounces off the table to a high point, your upper arm drives your forearm to swing up and forward slightly. During the falling of the incoming ball, make the racket face slightly lean forward and wipe the middle part of the ball slightly above the position. At the moment of touching the ball, the wrist rotates rapidly in abduction, and at the same time, the ankle is raised, and the waist and buttocks rotate to the right to assist the force, so that the hit ball is strongly topspin. After hitting the ball, the arm swings forward and upward with the head and quickly returns to the preparation posture. Beginners don't need to pull it from the beginning. After all, this is a difficult action, but it can enhance your confidence and make you stand on the sorghum at once. It is the so-called strategic position, which is why we first choose the backhand loop ball to introduce it. In practice, I did the same, and the effect was very good.

Second, the forward curve ball

Compared with the high-hanging loop ball, the forward push loop ball has lower and longer arc, faster ball speed and greater forward impulse, and moves downward after landing, which is more powerful than the high-hanging loop ball. In order to better understand and master these two kinds of looping balls, we might as well compare them from the following table: high looping ball type, looping ball racket before hanging looping ball, "natural racket", forehand racket (slightly forehand racket), hitting time, falling period of the incoming ball, high point period or early falling period of the incoming ball, the middle part of the contact part of the incoming ball is slightly higher than the middle and upper racket position, the left knee joint of the left leg is slightly lower than the left side of the body, the forearm rotates naturally, and the movement direction of the forearm external arm is slightly forward and upward.

Third, the common problems of pulling the loop ball

Whether it's hanging the loop ball high or hitting the loop ball forward, we should prevent and overcome the following common faults if we want to pull it well: 1. The racket is too forward, cut too thin and hit the empty ball; 2. Swing a few straight lines and you can't draw a proper arc. The correct way is to take the elbow joint as the axis, then swing the arm slightly to the left from bottom to top, and then swing it forward and upward with an approximate small arc. In other words, doing the so-called whipping action is to whip the head naturally like a whip, which is vividly described as a military salute. Of course, you can also make a big arc swing with Karen's big arm, but the requirements for arc swing are the same.

3. There is no "rotation" of the wrist, and the essentials of wrist adduction (not flexion) and instantaneous abduction (not extension) are not mastered;

4. The body is stiff, and the waist and buttocks are not well assisted. In order to compare whether your body is in harmony, you might as well read your own rewriting of the Three Characters Classic of Table Tennis, which originated from the words of a golfer in Taiwan Province Province: "Stand low, slightly lift your heels, loosen your grip, and start seriously;" Move your wrist, turn your waist quickly, swing your arm quickly, and rely on coordination. "

Fourth, how to pull the loop ball well

Besides studying hard and practicing more, we should also pay attention to the following points:

1, the ball is thin. It is conceivable to cut a thin piece from the middle or upper part of the ball with a sharp knife, and the ball will not deflate.

2. Accelerate quickly and forcefully. To fully mobilize the strength of the whole body, in addition to the explosive power of the arms and wrists, the waist, hips and legs should be assisted. Among them, wrist swing is particularly important, which accelerates the rotation of the ball at the moment of touching it.

3. Go with the flow and be full. Don't stop after hitting the ball, swing it with all your strength, just like tennis.

4. The racket is sticky. The stickier the racket, the better the effect of rubbing the ball, and the easier it is to strengthen the rotation of the ball. In addition to professional players having the conditions to change sponge rubber before each competition to maintain its good adhesion, table tennis lovers should also pay attention to protecting the adhesion of their rubber, wipe off the dust with moist soft foam after each practice, and cover it with plastic film after natural drying.

5. Try to extend the distance between the arm and the racket. In order to effectively extend the hitting arm, the simplest way is to hit the ball as close as possible to the racket head. In order to extend the friction distance between the ball and the racket, you should try to hit the ball at the lower part of the racket. So the ideal contact point of the loop ball should be the lower part of the racket head. 5. How to practice backhand curling? Because it requires good physical coordination and explosive power to pull the loop, it is not easy for traditional backhand players to pull the loop even in the forehand position, let alone the backhand. First of all, I suggest you pull the ball slowly from the low point of the ball landing period. The technical point is: after the ball bounces off the table, don't pull it up in a hurry, wait until the ball hits the lowest point. At this time, pull the middle and lower part of the ball slightly upward and forward, and pay attention to the fact that the friction force is greater than the impact force (the method is to listen carefully to the sound of hitting the ball, and the sound is crisp, indicating that the ball is mainly impacted; The dull sound is friction, which means that the ball is mainly friction. ) Through practice, gradually transition to hitting the ball obliquely upward at the highest point of the incoming ball. At the moment of touching the ball, the wrist quickly abducts and becomes a powerful backhand loop ball.

For fast-break players who are close to the stage, being forced to leave the stage will often bring disastrous consequences, but mastering backhand long-distance drawing can turn passive into active. In fact, Cosco Taiwan Province's stroke is very big, the racquet is full, and the arc is good, so its accuracy is high and its strength is heavy, which is often an important means to score directly. Japanese and Korean players are particularly prominent in the forehand volley. They often take the initiative to take a step back near the tee, so that the forehand volley can be carried out vigorously. However, this one-sided attack is also a weakness. It is good to kill Zhongyuan billiards by traditional methods, but how many people can master it well? How many people dare to be bold? Most people still play backhand with a push block, because backhand volley is quite difficult. Using the counter-attack method introduced here can solve this problem well. Generally, the body is above the platform 1 m when killing people in Taiwan Province, COSCO. In order to exert full strength, the right foot should be slightly stepped forward, knees slightly flexed, abdomen contracted, body slightly leaned forward, waist slightly turned left, shoulders and arms extended, and the racket should be led to the lower left side of the body to fully stretch the muscle contraction at the moment of hitting the ball. In the period when the incoming ball rebounds from the table to the high point, the upper arm drives the upper arm to exert force, and in the falling period, the initial racket shape is used to hit the middle and lower part of the incoming ball, and kicking, straightening the waist and waist and buttocks drive the upper body. At this time, the center of gravity moves to the right foot, and pay attention to quickly returning to the preparation posture. The arc of the return ball should be high enough to make it cross the net to the opponent's table. From the above analysis, it is very suitable for backhand backhand interception. The common mistake of backhand Zhongyuan billiards is that the forearm does not rotate with the swing after the racket is swung, which makes the shape of the racket unchanged. It seems to lift the ball forward, fly away without making an arc, or just send back a semi-high ball. This problem is very common in the traditional straight shot of remote stations. Another disease that is easy to commit is that the arm is not stretched enough to pull the shoulder, the whole body coordination is not good when hitting the ball, and the resilience is insufficient. Because I hit the ball in Zhongyuan platform, the return ball has no certain strength and speed, and the ball flies far away, so it is difficult to pose a threat to my opponent.

First, speed dial.

Backhand speed dialing, also known as "pushing backhand power play" abroad, is an important means of attack and attack-defense conversion. Due to the high frequency of practical application, this technique must be fully valued and practiced as the basic skill of backhand attack. Playing speed dial well is just like playing the baseline ball of tennis, and this technology alone can benefit a lot. Wang Tao, the world champion, has made brilliant achievements with his superb speed dial technology, which illustrates this point. Compared with the traditional backhand push block, backhand speed dial has the advantages of wide adaptability, strong strength, fast speed and sharp turning angle. Generally, the height of the backhand push block is only between the table and the chest, so it is difficult to push the push block over the chest, but the speed dial is not limited by this, and the nursing surface can be wider. In the combination of hitting power and wrist jitter, the returning power is far greater than the pushing block, and it can also hit a larger angle. Actual combat shows that it is often superior to push the block with fast dial, because it can hit the ball back to a greater angle than pushing the block in the round trip. In addition, compared with other backhand techniques, speed dial has the advantages of small movement, flexible line and fast ball speed, which can not only fully borrow the power of the incoming ball, but also attack the "soft" ball by itself. The core of backhand speed dial is the shaking force of the wrist, so some people call it "dial", but it is different from the bouncing ball discussed later. The whole action process is: standing to the left near the center line of the table, standing with knees slightly bent flat, belly in and chest out, naturally bending the racket arm to lead the racket to the left position in front of the abdomen, elbows slightly protruding, putting the racket in, and bending the wrist on the table (this is for hitting the ball for the first time). After the ball bounces back to the table, swing it to the right front or right front to catch the ball, and stretch and stretch the wrist in the process of the incoming ball rising forward. At the same time, the forearm rotates outward, and after hitting the ball, do a good job of swinging and restoring, and the center of gravity of the body remains unchanged during the action. The common problem of backhand speed dial is that the forearm does not move forward, and the wrist flips the ball quickly, similar to throwing cards in poker. Because there is no arm moving forward, it is impossible to create an ideal return arc, and only a few topspin balls can be played. In addition, the arm is not stretched forward enough to play a powerful ball. In this regard, we might as well observe the movements of Primola Ke, an Asian athlete in Crowe: the arm stretches forward as if touching the net, so the movements are complete, full and powerful.

Second, rebound.

This is a unique way to hit the ball with this grip. The action method is similar to speed dial, but the racket type is different. The bouncing racket shape is the initial racket shape, and the racket face moves reversely around the racket handle to be vertical. When the incoming ball bounces off the table, the arm bends forward and the wrist bends inward quickly, so that the racket face is parallel to the end line of the table. At the high point of the ball, the forearm naturally stretches forward, and the wrist shakes hard and hits the middle and upper part of the ball vertically or slightly forward. This bouncing method is simpler and more practical than the traditional forehand bouncing, and you can choose between quick dialing and instant bouncing. Therefore, it can also be regarded as a quick stroke under a special racket shape. Some people collectively refer to these two strokes as "dialing".

Under normal circumstances, we should adopt the traditional pushing and blocking play, because the traditional pushing and blocking play is flexible and mature. It would be a pity if the backhand gave up the advantage of pushing the block. When we have solved backhand attacks such as backhand curling and backhand volley, we are faced with the problem of how to push the block well. You can't have it both ways! Obviously, it is inconvenient to use the existing traditional straight shot when changing from the reverse beat shape to the push beat shape, which is the inherent defect of the traditional straight shot. It can be seen that the traditional pen holder must be innovative. The method introduced here is mainly used in the case that it is too late to convert the above-mentioned backhand form into the traditional push-and-stop form. At this time, just bend the wrist inward, let the initial racket shape lean forward, and the racket face is parallel to the end line of the table; Keep the racket face still. When the ball bounces off the table, the big arm ball drives the small arm to hit the ball forward and upward, and make a good swing and return. In my opinion, since we have learned the technique of backhand and backhand attack, we should firmly grasp the backhand, especially after finding the opportunity to change the racket shape to backhand attack, we should not hesitate at all and try not to change the racket shape again.
