Frozen ribs can't be blanched directly.

Blanched pork ribs are very delicate. The ribs just taken out of the refrigerator can't be thawed directly in boiling water. If you put it directly into boiling water, the meat on the outside of the ribs will shrink tightly, and the fishy smell inside the ribs will not be removed, which will not only destroy the meat quality of the ribs, but also affect the taste.

Thawing method of frozen ribs

1, microwave oven thawing method

Take the frozen ribs out of the refrigerator, put them directly into the microwave oven, put them into thawing mode, and thaw them after three minutes. It's very loose after taking it out, then rinse it with clear water before cooking.

2. Natural thawing method

This method is relatively simple. Take the ribs out of the refrigerator about two hours in advance, put them in a container and let them thaw slowly under natural conditions. This process takes about two hours.
