Fujian wanbing practice daquan

Minnan Wang' ao

Dance is from Fujian, and what I like to eat since I was a child is bowls of cakes. The difference between Fuzhou's bowl cakes and Min 'an's bowl cakes is black sesame seeds. When I was a child, my family made Fuzhou bowl cakes with black sesame seeds sprinkled on them. It's just that with the passage of time, the delicious food in this memory has been hard to find.

By the time I married a family in southern Fujian, there were more Taoist priests in southern Fujian, so I had a chance to see a bowl of cakes again. I am very happy and excited to eat this traditional snack again, and I also learned to cook it myself with my family, so that I can pass on this ancient taste from now on.

It's really convenient to use the newly bought Jiuyang pastry machine. This pastry machine can make steamed bread and flower rolls, and all kinds of steamed food you can think of can be realized.

Today, I will use it to round the delicious food in my memory-Fujian Bowl Cake.

Material: rice flour 100g boiling water 100g yeast 1.5g baking powder 1.5g sugar 15g.

Exercise:

1. Add sugar to boiling water, turn it into water, and cool it for later use.

2. Pour the cooled sugar water into the rice flour and stir until there are no particles.

3. Add yeast and continue to stir evenly, then cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration and fermentation until there are slight bubbles on the surface.

4. Then add baking powder and continue to stir until smooth, still cover and let stand for fermentation for about 60 minutes (the temperature here is about 14 degrees).

5. Pour into the deep-mouth non-stick pan mold for 7 minutes and steam in boiling water for about 30 minutes.

Small:

Because of the pressure, use a small bowl with a deep mouth, which is easy to bloom.
