Since Mr. Chen Qiaosheng restored the traditional casting technology of Xuande Furnace by lost wax method in 1980s, he has been committed to following the traditional technology. At the same time, on the basis of Xuande Furnace in Ming Dynasty, he created his own unique bronze furnace works by combining the characteristics of the times and the traditional technological elements of China.

Over the past 30 years, Mr. Chen Qiaosheng has created and cast more than 65,438+0,200 pieces of traditional bronze furnaces and skillful furnaces in various styles, which have been recognized by experts and collectors in the cultural and art circles all over the country and led the development of the bronze furnace casting industry in China.

Since its establishment, Sheng Qiao Furnace has adhered to the traditional copper furnace casting process of lost wax method, refined copper and hand-made, making it a model of contemporary copper furnaces.

Since 1990, Qiao Shenglu has gained fame in the collection circles at home and abroad, and has become attached to many famous temples and monks. In the year of 20 10, the living Buddha Kambujiamuyang Tubudan, the host of Beijing Lama Temple, entrusted Master Chen Qiaosheng to cast three bronze furnaces for the Lama Temple. Master Qiu Shuang, the abbot of Suzhou Hanshan Temple, has been using the Sheng Qiao furnace as a sacrificial vessel for many years to show his sincere respect for the Bodhisattva. When Master Xing Yun visited Hanshan Temple, Master Qiu Shuang gave Master Xing Yun an exquisite stove as a gift. In addition, famous temples in China, such as Forsyte in Putuo Mountain and Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou, all use Sheng Qiao furnace as a ritual vessel for offering Buddha, which is highly respected.

The Sheng Qiao stoves exhibited this time include not only classic bronze stoves accumulated over the years, but also more than ten latest works of 20 13, such as imitation Han Boshan stove and official hat ear horseshoe foot stove. All of these works adopt 12 or even 18 refining processes, hand-polished, multi-skinned, and perfect, which also perfectly fits the theme of this exhibition "harmonious charity, innovative industrial development".

Since 1970, Chen Qiaosheng, the founder of Sheng Qiao Furnace and a bronze furnace artist, has devoted himself to restoring and inheriting the traditional bronze furnace casting technology in China, not only adhering to the traditional technology, but also paying attention to cultivating talents and inheriting the furnace art. In the past 30 years, Chen Qiaosheng has trained more than 300 apprentices, and in 20 12 years, more than 40 talents who are interested in the research of traditional bronze furnace casting technology have been accepted, which has enabled China to inherit and carry forward the century-old bronze furnace culture.

Suzhou Chen Qiaosheng Kiln Culture and Art Museum was unveiled at the first Shanghai Cultural and Art Collections Expo on April 5th, 20 13.

As the first art exhibition attended by Suzhou Chen Qiaosheng Furnace Culture and Art Museum on 20 13, on a 70-square-meter booth, our library concentrated on displaying the latest works of Chen Qiaosheng, a bronze furnace artist who has not been put on the market on 20 13, including imitation Han Boshan furnace, official hat, ear lion buckle, ribbon fuming furnace, frog earring foot furnace and so on.

These works on display are all based on the treasures of ancient copper furnaces, and are carefully made by combining the traditional casting process of lost wax copper furnaces discovered by Mr. Chen alone. They are exquisite and lifelike, and are widely praised by collectors.

Among them, the imitation of Han Boshan Furnace began to be created in the summer of 20 12, and was just completed in the Spring Festival of 20 13 after half a year's modification and trial casting. It is as big as the original Boshan furnace unearthed from the tomb of King Zhongshan in Mancheng, Hebei Province, and carved with images of immortals, animals and birds. It can be described as a masterpiece of Mr. Chen's bronze furnace creativity and casting skills.
