What is the meaning of concentric circles
Concentric circles, circles with the same center and different radii. The theory of concentric circles, proposed by E. W. Burgess in 1923. Using Chicago as an example, he attempted to create a model of how urban development and land use space is organized, and provided a graphic description. According to his theory, the city could be divided into five concentric regions.
