1. Wheat selection and germination:

Fourthly, fermentation:

Fermentation has already started at this time, and it usually takes about five to ten days to ferment. V. Maturity:
This step is like the aging of brandy. Put the draft beer in the regulating tank for two months, and the beer will slowly mature by itself.
