Business model noun explanation
Business Model (English: Business Model) refers to the variety of transactional relationships and linkages that exist between companies, between divisions of a company, and even between customers and channels. A business model is a conceptual tool that incorporates a set of elements and their relationships to articulate the business logic of a particular entity.
Uber and Drip, for example, barely own cabs, but are the largest cab companies in the market. For example, airbnb, which barely owns any hotels, is the largest hotel lessor in the world, bigger than any hotel chain. Then there's Alibaba, for example, which doesn't own most of the goods sold on Taobao but doesn't prevent it from being the country's largest e-commerce platform.
It's that we must invent a transaction structure that must first allow the customer to gain value, and then at the same time our business must gain value.
