What does Shaqima do?
You don't need yeast to make Shaqima.
Shaqima's practice is as follows:
1, material:
Flour, eggs, water
2. Knead the above materials into dough for later use;
3. Roll it into 3mm thick square pieces with a rolling pin;
4. Cut into strips about 5 cm wide with a knife, and then cut into thin strips about 4 mm;
