What is the ranking of Altman's strongest card?

Altman card strength is divided into R, SR, SSR, PR, UR, HR, CP, LGR, SP, GR SR SSR grades. The rarity level is usually UR & gtSSR & gtSR & gtR>N (SSR is the highest level in some card-changing games).
