The virtue of Zhongyong is mainly embodied in benevolence and love, diligence and prudence, respect for propriety and righteousness, stopping evils and preventing seclusion, being sincere and removing falsehoods, and being obedient to emotions, that is to say, to follow the righteousness of the world, to uphold the sincerity of benevolence and love, and to safeguard the uprightness of morality and righteousness.
The middle ground can not be limited to the method of dealing with things, not mastering the benefits of such a simple matter of proportion, not just impartiality, no faults, "the world's right reason" is the core, "choose the good and stubborn" is the pursuit of its value. Mediocrity is the philosophy of action, which is attributed to benevolence, harmony and propriety, and cut in the middle.
Zi Si praised the virtue of the middle ground as "developing all things and being steeped in the sky", and encouraged the gentleman to "honor virtue and study, to be broad and subtle, and to be brilliant and mediocre". The most valuable thing about the virtue of the middle ground is that it is the devout obedience and persistence to the righteousness of the world, the righteousness of the world, the righteousness of the world, the righteousness of the society, and it is carried out in the cultivation of the peace and the rule of the people, and it is carried out in the ordinary daily use.

As a teacher, the virtue of the middle way is the core of the teacher's morality, and its incomparable dedication to the pursuit of spirituality, rigorous and realistic attitude to learning, serious and responsible teaching behavior, strict discipline of personal style, decent and dignified professional image, is a concrete embodiment of the moral character of the teacher.
