Homemade (handmade) egg rolls must use low-gluten flour.
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 50g milk, 30g flour and 80g low-gluten flour.
Seasoning: powdered sugar 10g, white sugar 20g, lemon juice 3g, cranberry 15g.
Practice steps:
