Features

Yang Style Taijiquan has a beautifully stretched frame, a neutral stance, smooth movements, plainness and simplicity, and is completed in a single stroke, as if it were a boat in the middle of a lake, light and calm at the same time. The practice is simple and popular among the general public, so it is the most widely spread.

Yang-style Taijiquan requires movements like the Yangtze River, which is flowing endlessly. The completion of this movement is the beginning of the next movement, which is continuous. The mental method also requires a single breath of air.
