Mix all seasonings except butter.
Cut the chicken along the breast to open the cavity and prick the skin with a fork for flavor.
Take a strong food bag and pour the chicken and seasonings into the bag, exhaust the air to seal it, and gently massage the chicken with your hands to attract the juices.
Marinate overnight, or at least four hours.

Butter the chicken skin. You can sprinkle less salt + crushed black pepper or cayenne pepper (as per your preference).
Preheat oven on grill setting without hot air.
Lower center at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. A toothpick inserted without blood is cooked.
Turn over at 20 minutes and brush both sides with honey water for a more beautiful product.
