Brief introduction of Jinhui town

Jinhui Town belongs to Fengxian District, Shanghai. Located in the north-central part of Fengxian District, it borders Minhang District and Pudong New Area in the north, Fengcheng Town in Fengxian District in the east, Qingcun Town in the south, and Fengxian Modern Agriculture Park and nanqiao town across Jinhui Port in the west. It is 27km away from Shanghai downtown in the north, 32km away from Pudong International Airport in the east and 27km away from international shipping Yangshan Deepwater Port in the southeast. In 2007, the area of the whole town was 7 1.72 square kilometers, and the total resident population was1.387,28. Jin Hui has a long history. In the fifteenth year of King Gaolie of Chu (248 BC), it belonged to the fief of Huang Xie, the king of Chunshen. It belonged to Haiyan County from 2265438 BC to 502 AD, Qianjing County from 502 to 589, and then Changshu, Kunshan and Haiyan counties. Huating County was established in the tenth year of Tang Tianbao (75 1), and Jin Hui area belongs to Huating County. Nanhui County has belonged to Nanhui County since it was founded in the fourth year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1726), and it belonged to Fengxian County after it was incorporated into Fengxian County in the Republic of China.
