Tieguanyin producing area

Tieguanyin is produced in Xiping Town, Anxi County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. Tieguanyin tea is a famous traditional tea of Han nationality, which belongs to green tea and one of the top ten Taifu teas in China. Tieguanyin tea is not only the name of tea, but also the name of tea tree. Tieguanyin tea is between green tea and black tea and belongs to semi-fermented tea.

Tieguanyin had better be soaked in a bowl, and the water should be soaked in pure water as much as possible. The water temperature should be around 90 degrees. The first course is to wash tea and warm cups, and the second course is incense 15 seconds. After that, each course is postponed 15 seconds, and it is best not to have more than seven courses of tea. If spring tea is basically five courses, it belongs to tea residue and has no obvious tea fragrance. Although it has no health care function, Tieguanyin doesn't taste better the longer, and the aftertaste of tea is unique to good tea.

Tieguanyin is a kind of oolong tea, which contains many nutrients such as tea polyphenols, plant alkaloids, protein, vitamins, pectin, organic acids, lipopolysaccharide, sugars, enzymes and so on, and contains more tea polyphenols than other teas.
