What do Brits like to eat for breakfast? What do they like to eat for Chinese food? What do they like to eat for dinner?

The British are notoriously bad eaters, and most of the so-called 'British food' can be classified as dark cuisine. According to the local British custom, the morning and lunch are usually simple and mostly cold food, and dinner is the main meal (dinner). The traditional British diet is as follows:

Breakfast: cereal with milk/dried fruit, toast/croissant with butter, juice.

Lunch: Most people who work or go to school have a very short lunch break, and usually make do with sandwiches/toast rolls/chicken salad, and some even bring sandwiches from home to fill their stomachs in the morning.

Dinner: starter - salad/pickles/toast, etc., main course - meat/fish/pasta + white boiled vegetables, (occasionally a second main course in a similar style) dessert - ice cream/fruit plate/pudding etc.

In addition, the British are notorious for their love of tea as we all know. Generally older Brits drink tea three times a day, before and after breakfast, before lunch and around 5pm. Tea is usually served with cookies, cakes and other desserts, with milk in the tea.

Additionally, there is a very famous English breakfast in the UK, which is nutritious and rich in content, and is generally available in coffee shops, and is even served throughout the day. A full English breakfast consists of two sausages, two slices of fried bacon, one fried egg, one fried tomato, two pieces of toast with butter and 200g of cannellini beans. As this breakfast is time-consuming to sit up on your own, British locals rarely make it themselves and usually go out for this inexpensive and nutritious full meal.
