How to draw the badge

Hold down the shift key and drag the mouse to draw a circle. Here we choose not to fill, and the strokes are red (crimson is also acceptable), and the size is 10 pixels. Next, we choose the text tool and put the mouse on the edge of the ellipse. When the mouse changes the shape of the wavy line, we right-click and enter the text.

Next, let's go back to the path panel, click on the blank space next to it, and don't choose this text path, because we will freely transform it in the next step. If the text path is selected, the path will be converted first, not the text we just entered. Ctrl+T transform freely, hold down shift+Alt to scale proportionally, and then adjust the size and position of the text. Next, we will draw a five-pointed star. We changed the ellipse tool to the polygon tool, set it to star in the path option and set the indented edge to 50%.
