Where is the special snack of Bozai cake?

Bozi cake is one of the traditional cakes in Guangdong Province. It has a long history and is said to have been popular for hundreds of years. There are two kinds of cakes: old-fashioned and crystal.

Production steps:

1. Soak red beans in clear water for three hours, then steam them in water.

2. Mix the sticky rice noodles with the cooked noodles and sieve evenly. Slowly add 1 cup of semi-clear water to make a paste.

3. After the sugar slices are boiled in 2 and a half cups of water, add them into the batter together with the red beans and stir well.

4. Pour the prepared gouache paste into the oil-swept bowl and steam for 20 minutes.
