The difference between intelligent irrigation and traditional irrigation
System composition:
Intelligent irrigation system is mainly composed of wireless automatic controller, wireless nodes of Internet of Things, electromagnetic valves and sensors.
The irrigation controller is an innovative wireless intelligent irrigation controller based on the Internet of Things. Within the controller area of about five square kilometers in Fiona Fang, electromagnetic valves, water pumps, water pressure gauges and sensors with different specifications can be connected through wireless nodes of the Internet of Things, and all sensors and electromagnetic valves do not need external power supply. Irrigation controller can also be used for frost monitoring, early warning and real-time control of irrigation and drainage.
Working principle:
The system analyzes the relevant data of soil, climate, plants and so on collected by the front end of the automatic monitoring system, and processes the data results to make irrigation and drainage decisions. The irrigation controller sends wireless control signals to control the on-off time of the electromagnetic valve, monitors the information such as pipeline pressure and flow in real time, and carries out accurate water and fertilizer irrigation on farmland crops.
When the traditional water and fertilizer irrigation equipment is used to control irrigation in different areas of the field, it is necessary to connect each electromagnetic valve to the controller in a wired way, which is greatly influenced by daily farming in the field. Once the cable is damaged, it will affect the work of the whole irrigation system, which is troublesome to check and maintain, and the field wiring construction and material cost are also high. The newly developed automatic irrigation control system will change this traditional way and realize the wireless connection between irrigation controller and solenoid valve. This innovation can solve the disadvantages of traditional wired irrigation system, provide a more economical, practical and efficient automatic irrigation control system for agricultural irrigation, and provide a complete solution for agricultural precision irrigation.
System functions:
(1) wireless control: the irrigation operation of the system can realize remote wireless control without on-site operation, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency;
(2) Scheduled irrigation: users can set the start time and stop time of automatic irrigation for each irrigation group.
(3) Quantitative irrigation: According to the two layers of soil moisture monitored in the greenhouse, users can set automatic quantitative irrigation control. Users can set "automatic irrigation start threshold for shallow soil" and "automatic irrigation stop threshold for deep soil" in the system.
(4) Quantitative drainage: according to production needs, especially paddy field production, when there is water accumulated in the field or the water accumulated reaches the threshold, the system can be used for quantitative drainage;
(5) Process monitoring: During the irrigation process, the system will continuously monitor the pipeline water pressure and pipeline flow. When the water pressure or flow rate is abnormal, the system will automatically suspend irrigation and give an alarm. After the system is maintained normally, manually continue the irrigation process. 4. System advantages:
(1) The technology is advanced, stable and reliable: the automatic irrigation system of the Internet of Things realizes the wireless connection between the control node and the controller, avoids the interference of various electrical signals on the test results, and greatly improves the stability and reliability of the monitoring results.
(2) Highly integrated: Wireless nodes have both monitoring and control functions, which can not only control solenoid valves to turn on and off the irrigation system, but also connect related sensors for real-time monitoring, thus reducing the application cost of the system.
(3) The control points are simply arranged: the control nodes connected with the electromagnetic valve can be flexibly arranged according to irrigation needs, and the cost is low;
(4) Wide application range: In addition to meeting the needs of precision irrigation in agricultural production, it can also accurately drain water according to actual production needs or in response to field waterlogging to meet the individual needs of different production types. Intelligent irrigation solution provides great convenience for farmers, saves labor and time, and irrigation is accurate.
