Traditional flow chart
Let's take a look at the flow chart. Its internal logic is the operation of the program. From the initial state, it can move in four directions. Place the mouse on the plus sign in each direction, and you can select the shape of the desired graph. Click on a graphic and it will be added. When we put the mouse on the theme, we can right-click the theme to edit the font, format, style and other parameters.

We can see that all extended modules are connected by default through the program forward arrow. When the mouse clicks the arrow, a blue dot will appear. At this point, there are three adjustable parameters. One is the position of the connection point of the relationship line, the other is the length of the relationship line, and the other is the adjustable "label". By default, the label is in the middle of the connector, or you can drag the small blue dot on the relationship line to the side.

If you want to further adjust the arrow form, you can double-click the relationship line and enter the Format Relationship dialog box to further adjust the line parameters. For example: color, thickness, pattern, starting and ending style, line type. After previewing, click OK.

We can do more operations by selecting the relationship line with the mouse and right clicking. Such as pasting, deleting, flipping, etc.

If we press the shortcut key ctrl+enter, a decision-making program structure will appear. A theme has two decision-making directions, yes or no, which means how to advance the process if the conditions are established; If the conditions are not established, how can the process advance?

We use the above method to draw a simple flow chart of employees entering and leaving the company with MindManager:
The normal process for employees to enter the company is to recruit first, then join the company, then become a full member after the probation period, and then become a formal working state. So the main flow of our flow chart is these projects, as shown in the following figure:
Figure 7: On-boarding process
Employee turnover can be divided into resignation after probation, voluntary resignation and dismissal. The specific operation process of each case is different. We can draw a flow chart by the method mentioned above, as shown in the following figure:
Figure 8: Resignation Process
Finally, if the flowchart is too simple, we can use the right mouse button to fill the color and change the shape.

The above is the method of drawing flow chart with MindManager. If it is necessary to record the development process at work or study, we can use MindManager to draw a flow chart.
